Our Fitness and Recreation program is an integral part of our overall trauma-informed counselling program for youth at risk. Positive physical health directly impacts positive mental health.
The program aims to offer a secure and inclusive environment for our youth clients to participate in physical activities, socialize with peers, and cultivate healthy habits, ultimately enhancing their physical well-being and fitness knowledge. We want to inspire young individuals to take charge of their health by engaging in active lifestyles, building connections with others, and boosting self-assurance.
Monthly passes are provided to our youth clients who show commitment and regular attendance to the training sessions during their first month participating in the program.
